What I'm writing here, from Bologna, was the result of a set of emotions that are through my emotions. I recently learned of the sudden disappearance of my beloved countryman Roberto Giorgio, died of a damn car accident. I therefore feel compelled to spend two lines, and not a few tears for this wonderful person taking the burden of representing those who knew him and appreciated. It is not his "former mayor of Chieuti" to honor him, but the life story of a man too honest for this life. George, I dare say, was not part of this infamous and selfish society and the values which inspired values were much more noble than that we are often able to think. A man from another era, this would be the appropriate name for someone so noble that had never failed to bring the "you" to anyone and that even in moments of anger he dared not say too much in an abusive or reckless. The Sig.Ruberto George was a man of class and class must be remembered:
"You were among the few that was truly interested in our country now abandoned to decay. He loved politics, history, archeology, literature, culture Arbereshe ... loved the culture, loved the great ideals that unfortunately no longer belong to this second half of the century, dominated by false and unworthy interests and pressing needs. Your love for these fields was not only empirical but mixed with a tertiary education that few understand and understand. Your higher education was its natural habitat in feelings such as: equality, compassion and solidarity. Are there really this much celebrated God, I hope that you reserve a better place that others do not deserve. Maybe one day we will eat again your fabulous pizza with onions that you loved so much.
" Life is like a comedy: no matter how long, but as it is recited. " Seneca
Goodbye George. "
I would turn his condolences to the respectable wife Eleanor and children for the death of a great man, husband, scholar and friend of me and my family, Anna Rosati, Pasquale Barile and his good friend Antonio Barile.
friends forever in the life and death.
